It's fun to get out to the courts with our friends, our teams and our coaches. But there's so much more to tennis! Our game helps us build self-esteem, teaches us about healthy lifestyle choices and imparts valuable lessons about maturity, discipline and teamwork. We learn that it's "okay" to lose but it feels great to win and we never stop trying!
